How to Post a Comment
I have had several people tell me that the comments are hard to post. I wish I could make it easier, but I'm not that tech-savvy! However, here is the method:
Click on the little link that says "x comments on this post."
On the side, there will be a little box. Type in what you want to say.
Next, go down below the text box. You will see four buttons, tiny ones, with labels beside them: Google/Blogger, OpenID, Name/URL, and Anonymous. If you want to post anonymously, click the button labeled Anonymous. If you want to post with a code name, click Name/URL. Two blanks will open up. In the first, type your code name. The second you can leave blank unless you have a website that you want to show. Lastly, click "Publish Comment." It will take a while to show up as it has to be filtered/screened first. Hope this clears things up!

How to Brew Tea
To make hot tea, pour HOT water over the tea bag of your choice and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes (no more than 3 for real tea) stir in sweetener and milk if desired. Happy sipping!
Agave Nectar
Agave nectar is an extremely useful sweetener. It's made from the agave plant, a desert product, and is available at health food stores, i.e. Whole Foods. It is a liquid & sweeter than sugar. Excellent for tea! Happy sipping!
What Is Chai?
Chai is not a tea, but a way of preparing tea. When you purchase Chai, you are getting tea -- generally black tea, but it is sometimes another tea, such as Rooibos -- that has been combined with spices, like cinnamon and fennel. Chai is not an indicator of quality, either. It can be anything from wonderful to cheapo. Please remember: Chai is not a ripoff, in and of itself.

I'm enjoying your tea recipes and info. Perhaps you would like to have these biscuits with your tea. Melt butter in the bottom of a small pan, using canned biscuits, dip one side of the biscuit in the butter, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the buttered side. Bake in 400 degree oven until done. Enjoy!

CoolCat, I loved your speech! I love tea and recently Grace and I visited a store called Teaopia. I sampled ORGANIC MARRAKESH MINT green tea and it was delicious. Want to come and try some others with us?
Also, I am a huge fan of High Tea! On Grace's 12th birthday, we went to High Tea in Amsterdam.
